aim of the Home/School Support Worker is to develop positive home/school
relationships, working closely with both families and school to help
ensure that each child has the opportunity to fulfil their potential.

detrimental impact on family life. By working together we can help
overcome these barriers to learning.

- 8.30am-12.30pm
Wednesday and Friday - 1pm-4.30pm
