Music Lessons
We currently
offer lessons for the following instruments:
Piano 
Recorders 
Brass
Year 4 have the opportunity to learn the recorder
with some pupils then continuing to have lessons in Years 5 and 6.
The recorder
players take part in Medway Music Festival.
All children in Year
5 will be learning a brass instrument, which has been very kindly
organised by Music in Medway. Some pupils continue lessons
in Year 6, again at no cost.
Our School Choir
Choir practice is every Thursday lunchtime.
We also take part in the Medway Music Festival.

Music Workshops
Years 3 and 4 visit the Brooke Theatre,
Chatham, for a day of music, to try out various instruments and sing.
All our pupils enjoy the demonstrations given
throughout the year by visiting musicians. The musicians give
short presentations and encourage the pupils to try out the instruments.
